Solicitation W911SA-23-Q-3063 will be issued on Monday, 20 March 2023, and can be accessed at www.sam.gov. This requirement is for rental of personal protective clothing with laundering and maintenance services at 45 locations in 9 states thoughout the continental United States and Pureto Rico. The states include South Carolina, North Carolin, Tennesse, Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Lousiana. The Period of Performance is 66 months from 1 April 2023 to 30 September 2028 with four (4) option years and a six (6) month option to extend services. 

Quotes shall be emailed to melissa.t.larson.civ@army.mil. Quotes are due to the Government on or before the date/time listed on the solicitation in central time. It is the contractor’s responsibility to ensure their quote is received by the due date and time.  As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time.  The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes.

Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.sam.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
