Description
INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE
The Lebanon VA Medical Center, 1700 S. Lincoln Avenue, Lebanon, PA 17042, intends to negotiate a sole source order under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 with Tryco Incorporated of 6736 Old Mclean Village Drive, McLean, VA 22101 for Tapestry Bio Integrative implants. The approved justification for this action is attached. Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be used, and the resulting contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order. The NAICS Code is 339112. This special notice serves as notice of intent to award a sole source a contract and is not a request for competitive proposals and is not a solicitation or a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
