Description
Provided meals will meet or exceed standards set forth in this document.
CONTRACTOR to provide transportation, set-up, food preparation and service for requested number and type of meals (45 requested numbers for each hot food service) at Camp Williams, Utah. Contractor will follow all recommended CDC and state issued COVID-19 guidelines regarding preparing and serving food.
Description
This is a Request for Quote for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2024-05. Solicitation number 140L5725Q0023 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Firm fixed-price offers are requested under this RFQ. The RFQ is set aside for small business vendors under the North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code 722320 with a size standard of $9mil Gross Annual Receipts or lower.
Successful vendor must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) found athttps://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ to be considered eligible for award. The System for Award Management (SAM) is the Official U.S. Government system that consolidated the capabilities of CCR/FedReg, ORCA, EPLS, and more. There is NO fee to register for this site.
