Description

The Department of State, Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs, U.S. Embassy Quito, Ecuador requires to contract a company to do the design and construction of a pavilion with an adjacent grill at the Embassy Compound.

Please note that this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date.  The requirement is for contracting a company to do the design and construction of a pavilion with an adjacent grill at the Embassy Compound, located in Quito, Ecuador. The Government anticipate this action if pursued would be a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items/services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This requirement is all or none, meaning offeror must have the ability to perform all action of the requirement as stated in the Request for Quotations (RFQ).

The solicitation will be issued via the SAM.gov Note: The response date in this synopsis is not a firm date; please see the Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the actual date.

The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.

The Government is planning a site visit and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
