Notice Type: Presolicitation Notice

Subject: Provide Digital Radio Trunking Services

This solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in New Delhi, India requires the services of a contractor to provide Digital Radio Trunking Services to American Embassy New Delhi and its Consulates in India for its Emergency Radio Program. Embassy will release a solicitation on the System for Award Management  ( SAM.gov https://sam.gov/content/home ) website when it is available.

The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) for a base year with one (01), one-year renewal option, under which firm fixed-price delivery orders will be placed.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home , prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals.

The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about 4th week of November 2024. The proposal due date will be set forth in the solicitation.
