Requirement:

The Medical Readiness Health Contracting Office – East (MRCO-E), intends to solicit, negotiate and award a firm fixed, contract for Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. The requirement for Medical Appointment Clerk Servcies. This requirement is set aside 100% for small businesses in the Small Business Administration 8(a) Program.

This is a non-personal service contract to provide health care support for the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government in accordance with all terms and conditions in the contract. Except as otherwise limited herein, the Contractor may use or disclose Protected Health Information on behalf of the Government for treatment, payment, or healthcare operations purposes, in accordance with the specific use and disclosure provisions. Such use or disclosure of Protected Health Information should not violate the HIPAA Privacy Rule, the HIPAA Security Rule, DoD 6025.18-R or DoD 8580.02-R.

The Contractor shall provide personnel, materials, equipment, tools, insurance and incidentals, supervision and all necessary to perform Medical Appointment Servcies at Fort Campbell, KY.  The period of performance for this servcie is:

Base Period:  1 October 2023 - 30 Spetember 2024

Option Period One:  1 October 2024 - 30 September 2025

Option Period Two:  1 October 2025 - 30 September 2026

Option Period Three:  1 October 2026 - 30 September 2027

Option Period Four:  1 October 2027 - 30 September 2028
