AMENDMENT 1//23 April 2024//Posted Questions and Answers//Updated Request for Resumes

The 5th Contracting Squadron at Minot AFB, ND is seeking resumes for qualified Architect-Engineer (A-E) firms to be considered for a Title I, Title II, and Other A-E services, open-end A-E design contract. The successful A-E firm shall be primarily architectural in nature and provide a full range of other engineering disciplines (including, as a minimum, electrical, mechanical, civil, fire protection, and structural). The 5th Contracting Squadron will award one indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract comprising of a base year with four options.

The Government intends on evaluating firms who respond to this notice using the procedures set forth in FAR 36.6, DFARS 236.6 and AFI 32-1023. These procedures include a board evaluation of the firms’ submissions and SF330. The board will then hold discussions with at least three of the most highly qualified firms.

The Request for Resumes, Statement of Work, and SF330 are attached.
