Description

Solicitation W911N2-23-R-0002 will be issued as a hybrid Firm Fixed Price and T&M Requirements Request for Proposal (RFP) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 15 for Servicing of Waste Water Tanks and Systems at Letterkenny Army Depot, PA.  All work will be performed on Letterkenny Army Depot.

Requirement will be 100% set-aside for small businesses.  Estimated start date is 1 February 2023.  Period of Performance is 1 February 2023 – 31 January 2024 (base year) and two 12-month option years.

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this project is 562991.  Small Business size standard is $8,000,000.

The RFP is anticipated to be issued on or about 9 December 2022.  All contractors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract.  Your SAM record must indicate your firm is eligible for All Awards.
