The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instruction. Proposals will only be requested and accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) Group 1 from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $39.5M. IAW VAAR 836.204, the magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The duration of this project is approximately 30 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
