J065--FY23 Service Contract for Philips Service and Maintenance Upstate VISN 2

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 2, hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract, for a period of base plus four (4) option years to Philips Medical Systems of North America, 22100 Bothell-Everett Hwy., Bothell, WA 98021-3003. The period of performance shall be a base year beginning 10/01/2022 through 09/30/2023. The requirement will provide inspection, support, and repair of the Philips equipment, software, and accessories for the following systems at their respective locations: Albany VA Medical Center; 113 Holland Ave. Albany, NY 12208 Allura XPER FD10 Single Plane C/V Imaging System Brilliance CT Big Bore Oncology Application System Two (2) iE33 Diagnostic Echocardiographs EPIQ 7 Ultrasound System with transducers Allura XPR FD20 Single Plane Vascular Imaging Radiography (VIR) System Buffalo VA Medical Center; 3495 Bailey Ave.; Buffalo, NY 14215 Philips Allura XPER FD10 System Brightview System Forte JETStream System Bath VA Medical Center; 76 Veterans Ave.; Bath, NY 14810 DigitalDiagnost VM EPIQ5G Ultrasound System IU22 Ultrasound System PIQ 5G Ultrasound System Syracuse VA Medical Center; 800 Irving Ave.; Syracuse, NY 13210 EPIQ 5G Ultrasound System DigitalDiagnost Release 3 Affiniti 70 Ultrasound System DigitalDiagnost VM This is a service agreement for Philips Imaging systems. The vendor is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and is the only source for repair parts and proprietary software. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirements. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
