Description

This RFI is for informational market research purposes only. The government anticipates a future Firm Fixed Price award (base and four option years) in Fall CY24. The Department of the Air Force (DAF) Security Forces (SF), AF/A4S, has a requirement for comprehensive support to their criminal history record information and law enforcement support programs. Support includes the ability to request, receive, inventory, track, and audit law enforcement records and criminal investigations for timely and accurate entry into multiple Department of Justice (DoJ) and Department of Defense (DoD) databases; provide compliance reviews, records management, data entry, and other functions to support military or civilian personnel assigned to DAF criminal indexing cells, task forces or field units; and develop, prepare, and deliver instructional material supporting criminal indexing policies and procedures.  The Contractor shall provide skilled personnel to collect, analyze, identify, and present in various formats priority information to assist the government in performing criminal indexing oversight for a global law enforcement mission. Personnel will conduct information and records management utilizing multiple government computer databases and other sources to request, receive, inventory, and prepare information and data for entry into DoJ and DoD databases. Additionally, the Contractor shall support the preparation of instructional lessons supporting criminal indexing, including the development and delivery of in-person and virtual training courses. Contractor personnel shall, directly support AF/A4S through the indexing division (A4SI) and Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI). The primary place of duty will be located at the Russell Knox Building, 27130 Telegraph Rd., Quantico, VA or within the National Capitol Region. If exercised as a task order, locations may include direct support to a Department of Air Force unit, on-site in the squadron, Major Command, detachment, or Region in the continental United States (CONUS) or outside the continental United States (OCONUS).
