N66001-24-Q-6138 - Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source Order to SSR Engineering Inc.
This synopsis is hereby issued in accordance with FAR Part 5.201. The purpose of this synopsis is to
announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific's intent to award
a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to SSR Engineering, Inc. Entity ID
XAL9E3EV71M3, CAGE Code 1KFG9, of 950 Fee Ana ST
STE A. Placentia, California 92870-6755, United States.
The requirement is for the following proportional counters:
Manufacturer: SSR Engineering Inc.
Item: Prime PCRP
Quantity: 2
Part Number: 201C
The Government intends to negotiate solely with SSR Engineering, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-
1(b), only one source capable of meeting the Government's requirement. FAR Part 13, Simplified
Acquisition Procedures and FAR part 12 Acquisition of Commercial items, applies. However, all responsible
sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the
Request for Quote will be made available upon request.
The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and
Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,350 employees.
Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail ONLY to
martin.d.mejia.civ@us.navy.mil by 8 April 2024, 12 PM Eastern Time. All responses received by this date
may be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive
procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses
to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM). Information can
be found at https://www.sam.gov . Complete SAM registration means a registered UEID and CAGE Code.
