Notice of Intent to Sole Source - CensiTrac Subscription at Keesler Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), Biloxi, MS

The Southern Markets Contracting Division (SM-CD) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price sole source contract to Censis Technologies, Incorporated, 4031 Aspen Grove Drive Suite 350, Franklin, TN 37067 under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6 for the CensiTrac Subscription, at Keesler Medical Treatment Facility (MTF), Biloxi, MS.  

The CensiTrac is the instrumentation tracking system that can link surgical instruments in every set directly to the patient, using a unique device identification system. These ID’s are currently etched/marked in the instrument and can only work with CensiTrac at Keesler MTF. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 513210, Software Publishers. The Small Business Size Standard is $47M. Censis Technologies, Incorporated, is an other-than small business. Award will be made on or before 25 Feb 2023.

The solicitation will be posted to eBuy through GSA. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. All responses received, to include capability statements, within five days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete the interim purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature.
