This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. A written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ23Q1017 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).

Offers are due on 21 Feburary, 2023 by 12:00 pm noon. Offers shall be submitted in PDF format via e-mail to seth.b.balsters@usace.army.mil. All offers must be good for at least 60 days from offer due date.

The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-01.

This synopsis/solicitation shall be set aside for small businesses and the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 – Janitorial Services

Business size standard is $ 22 million.

Description of Services Required: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a need for Janitorial and Litter Collection Services to support Smithville and Longview Lake Projects in the Operations Division of the Kansas City District. The contractor shall perform all services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement located in Section C. The Contractor shall comply with all Federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, statutes and regulations pertaining to the provided services.

Place of Contract Performance: Smithville Lake, Smithville, Missouri.
Place of Contract Performance: Longview Lake, Kansas City, Missouri.

Site Visit
(a) All offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed.
(b) The travel between locations takes about one (1) hour.
