NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16, intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to Loan Star Communications Inc, 5200 NorthShore Lane, North Little Rock, AR 72118 for parts and installation of Rauland 5 VOIP Nurse Call Console Part # 351205, 5 New Audio Pull Stations Part # 354000 and 5 New Dome Light Part # 352010 for the Veterans Healthcare System of the Ozarks, 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72703.. LoneStar Communications, Inc is the only known authorized distributor in Arkansas for Railand-Boerg. This procurement is also being conducted in accordance with procedures in FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from a single source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334290, and the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) is 2023-04, dated 06/02/2023.
