Description
The General Services Administration (GSA) New England Region, Contract Operations Branch will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the North Troy HVAC and AHU project located in North Troy, Vermont.
The contactor will be responsible to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary as outlined below:
The North Troy Land Port of Entry Located in North Troy, VT is proposing to have the HVAC upgraded in order to improve the system reliability and performance. The project will install a large centralized air handler and condenser unit to eliminate the multiple
individual units located in the poor performing condenser space. The upgrade will also significantly improve the serviceability and
maintainability of the facility.
This procurement is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-aside. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The proposal due date is August 24th, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST. RFI'S are due on August 15th at 2:00 PM EST. Technical documents will be available by requesting access to the documents on SAM.GOV. When requesting documents, please ensure to include the UEI number. Offerors are responsible for obtaining the RFP and all related documents. It is also the offeror’s responsibility to monitor the site for the release of the RFP, and amendments and any related information.
