The NCCS Industry Day/Pre-Proposal Conference start time has been changed from Wednesday March 22, 2023 at 10:00 am ET to Wednesday March 22, 2023 at 11:15 am -12:30 pm ET.  The link to join the conference will be sent to the registrants no later than Tuesday March 21, 2023.  Registration is now closed.

The NCCS Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on Wednesday March 22, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. ET.  A link to join the conference will be sent to the registrants no later than Monday March 20, 2023.

Pre-Proposal Conference:

The Government will hold a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference on Wednesday March 22, 2023 at a time to be determined (TBD).  If you are interested in participating, please fill out the attached registration form with your company's point of contact information (e.g., company name, company size, attendee, attendee title, phone number and email address) for those individuals you would like to register for participation and send to the OPO Industry Liaison mailbox at opoindustryliaison@hq.dhs.gov by 2:00 p.m. ET Friday March  17, 2023.  Only those individuals identified/registered by your company will be allowed to participate.

The DHS Network Cyber And Cloud Support (NCCS) services virtual pre-proposal conference is tentatively scheduled for Wednesday March 22, 2023.  More information will be provided at a later date.

The program office has completed their review of the RFI responses received and are working on finalizing the requirements documentation.  At this time, we do not have a timeline for the solicitation release, however, we are looking at conducting a pre-proposal conference in late February on a date to be determined.  Thank you for your interest in supporting DHS requirements.

This is an RFI for Network Cyber and Cloud Support Services (NCCS) for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)  Headquarters (HQ), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC).  

This RFI is issued solely for information and market research planning purposes. This RFI shall not be construed as an obligation on the part of the Government. This is NOT a Request for Quotations or Proposals. No solicitation document exists, and the Government may or may not issue a formal solicitation as a result of the responses received to this RFI.
