Section 3204(a)(3)(A), by Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 6.302-3, Industrial mobilization; engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the US Government to issue a solicitation. This is a pre-solicitation notice and does not constitute a request for competitive proposals at this time. The Government anticipates releasing an RFP in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025, Quarter 2 (FY252Q). Please be advised that the US Government will not pay for any information submitted under/in relation to this announcement. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary.
