Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers requires a Contractor to stabilize the bluff at Lower St. Anthony Falls Lock & Dam in Minneapolis, MN. The Contractor will furnish Performance & Payment Bonds, survey the site, clean up the site and clear the brush, and place approximately 300 tons of Class IV angular Riprap in accordance with plans and specifications. Contractor will complete all work within 30 days of Notice to Proceed.
The estimated magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238910, Site Preparation Contractors, with a size standard of $19,000,000.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business.
Potential Offerors are highly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting a quote. See Provision 52.236-27 for further information.
Offeror shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://SAM.gov to include the FAR and DFARS Representations and Certifications section.
Quotes do not require offer guarantees (i.e. bid bonds). Payment and Performance Bonds are Required for this project.
