This notice is for Market Research only in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to determine the capability of potential sources.

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIANG) requires Local Telecommunication Services (LTS) SIP Trunking and Private IP/Business Internet Services in accordance with the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (see Attachment 1).   

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:  If your organization has the potential capability to provide this requirement, submit a capabilities statement to include the following information at a minimum:  

1. Organization name, organization address as registered in SAM, Cage Code/UEI Number, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization; and
2. Question 1: Are you an authorized distributor of these services in the State of Rhode Island?
3. Question 2: Are you capable of providing these services to the Government?
4. Question 3: The services are projected to be needed by early May 2024.  What is the estimated startup date your company projects should you be awarded these services? (Transition period should be considered in this response)
5. Question 4: Please state if you are certified Small Business (8A, WOSB, Hubzone or SDVOSB) or Large Business.

All data received in response to this Sources Sought that is marked or designated as corporate or proprietary will be fully protected from any release outside the Government.

All qualified business concerns are encouraged to respond.  Questions regarding the requirement are also encouraged. 

The deadline for response to this request is no later than 1200, EST, 18 January 2024.
