Description

The Contractor shall prepare and deliver three nutritionally balanced meals and one evening snack for each resident on a daily basis. All meals and evening snacks shall adhere to the guidelines of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and the DC Department of Health, except where specifically modified by this purchase order.

Amendment 0001, released July 27, 2022, replaces Attachment J-3: Past Performance Questionnaire with an updated Attachment J-3: Past Performance Questionnaire.
