Description
The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) has awarded contract N6600123C0036 to Tactical Engineering & Analysis Inc (TEA), 6050 Santo Rd, San Diego, CA 92124-6101. The contract is cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) in the amount of $29,130,606.23 inclusive of options and has a one-year base period with four, one-year option periods.
The contract provides Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PAC) technical test planning, procedure development, test execution, data capture and extraction, data analysis and report writing expertise to support Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) testing, developmental testing and operational testing of the performance of multiple Advanced Tactical Data Link (ATDL) Systems using a combination of hardware in the loop, simulation, and live testing.
