General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State: Sacramento

City: California

Delineated Area:

North: El Camino Avenue
East: Watt Avenue
South: Highway 50 to Alhambra Boulevard to Broadway
West: Interstate 5

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,586

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 5,000

Space Type: Office

Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 GOV

Full Term: 20 years (240 months)

Firm Term: 10 years (120 months)

Additional Requirements:

Space Access: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Standard operating hours of 8 am to 6 pm with frequent extended hour and weekend use.

Offered Space Shall:

  • Ground Floor with dedicated entrance and direct access from exterior of premises.
  • Accommodate a power assisted exterior entrance door.
  • No access to space through common lobby. No controlled access common building lobby.
  • Accommodate ADA/ABAAS compliant dedicated restrooms. Shared restrooms will be considered.


Interested Properties Shall:

  • NOT be within ¼ mile walkable distance to liquor stores, medical (or otherwise) marijuana distributors or methadone clinics.
  • WITHIN ¼ mile of major public transportation route.
  • Access to a minimum of 4 ADA/ABAAS compliant onsite public parking spaces.
  • Access to a minimum of 15 onsite public parking spaces ADA/ABAAS compliant routes from parking to space.
  • Attached outdoor meeting space such as a park or expansive building landscaping.
  • Multitenant buildings will be considered.
  • No co-location with law enforcement, high traffic social services, or other government agencies requiring secure entry.
  • Accommodate agency signage on entrance, building, and/or marquee or monument.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
