Description
This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Type Contract, which includes a one
Year Base period with four one-year option periods for NSN 1680-016008129. The
guaranteed minimum quantity for this contract is 40. The maximum quantity of the
contract is 161 and applies to all the base and option periods combined. The part
being procured is a TRANSDUCER POSITION. The Current source for this NSN is
ES BETA INC, CAGE 25413, IAW P/N: 10LF8415-1. The required delivery
schedule is 150 days. This item has been identified as Critical Application item.
FOB Origin Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. DLA Aviation Richmond currently
does not have approved technical data package available for this NSN.
If any non-OEM source is interested in this NSN, please notify the Contracting Officer
prior to the synopsis closing date. Surplus dealers are also invited to respond to this
synopsis. The response should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-
9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show
that the product is acceptable. (Note: Other Aviation sites will provide their equivalent
surplus clause, as applicable). Responses to this announcement from other than the
OEM should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the
items for the contract period as identified. In addition, respondents should identify
the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to
the contracting oicer identified herein and SBA PCR (anne.mastrincola@dla.mil). The
Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly
manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government.
The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past
performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation
issue date is November 17, 2023. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS
Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the
