Description
Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for the pumping, removal and disposal of waste matter of a 500-Gallon waste tank in support of Basic Training Command facilities. The acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This acquisition will utilize a 100% small business set-aside. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, issuing Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Task Orders. The estimated minimum value is $5,000 and the estimated maximum contract value is $249,000.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 562991, and the small business standard is $9M.
