Description

USTRANSCOM is seeking sources that possess the capability to provide seaport assessments and Geographic Information System (GIS) services to SDDC Transportation Engineering Agency (TEA) supporting requirements in accordance with the details   and specifications outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).  This includes Port for National Defense (PND) Seaport Assessments, OCONUS (Outside Continental United States) Seaport Assessments and GIS Collection and Digitization, GIS Onsite Support, and contract management.  The contractor shall provide assessments for PND Seaports to include site visits, data collection, surveys, analyses and simulation using government-off-the-shelf (GOT) software, and professional recommendations and development of a study report with GIS exhibits.  The contractor shall provide OCONUS assessments, throughput calculation using GOT software, and GIS collection and digitization to provide seaport analysis. The contractor shall also provide onsite GIS support to improve productivity and capabilities for GIS data and tools.  The contractor shall provide all personnel, management, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and any other items and services necessary to perform the engineering services outlined in the PWS except those which are made available by the Government and specified.
