Description

This solicitation is available to contractors who currently hold a contract with GSA Region 6 under the Small Business Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC), for Construction Services (Geographic Area – Nebraska). Solicitation is set aside for Total Small Businesses associated with the geographic area. Access to any and all documents related to this solicitation will only be granted to the listed point of contact for the contract holders (Small Business – Nebraska) on the Region 6 Small Business IDIQ. All other requests for access will be denied.  

Project # RNE13055 will provide for skylight maintenance and fall protection at the Roman Hruska Federal Courthouse in Omaha Nebraska. This project will encompass maintenance and waterproofing of 4 large and 4 small skylights directly above the first-floor atrium. The project will also abate several fall hazards located within the direct project area of the skylights.
