This is to notify interested parties that the acquisition strategy regarding RFI 36C10B23Q0527 is as follows: Based on the market research, this acquisition will be issued to all GSA MAS Professional Services Schedule contract holders under Category 541611, titled as Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support and Business Program and Project Management Services. on the General Services Administration (GSA) eBuy (https://www.ebuy.gsa.gov/ebuy/), Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) from September 19, 2023, through October 5, 2023. This will allow for and foster free and open competition as well as solicit the best value for the Government. This method of solicitation will be open to small businesses, SDBs, SDVOSBs, VOSBs, WOSBs and Historically Underutilized Business Zone small business concerns as well as large businesses.
