(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S24Q0032 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).


(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05, Dated 22 May 2024


(3) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 333310 with a 1000-employee size std. PSC code is 4620.


(4) Any offeror/individual desiring to be considered for contract award must submit a quote based on the below CLIN(S). Vendors shall submit completed Vendor information table (see RFQ pg.33).

(5) Quote Suspense: By Date and Time listed in SAM.gov via email to: jordan.vasquez.3@us.af.mil and gregorie. vinueza_daly.3.@us.af.mil

Amendment 0001

1. The quote response date has been extended. Quotes are now due by 2:00 P.M. AZ time on 31 July 2024.

2. A site visit is to be held 25 July 2024 at 10:00 am AZ local time.  To request attendance, interested parties must email information for all attendees, NAME (Last, First), DOB, DL # & State, LAST 4 # of SSN  by 1:00 pm Arizona time on 24 July 2024.  Note: Max two (2) personnel per entity. Approved attendees will meet at Valencia gate entrance to Morris Air National Guard Base, 1700 E. Valencia Rd. Tucson, AZ, 85706 by 09:30 a.m. AZ time (Late arrivals risk non-admission to base). Drivers must have current license, registration.                                                                                                             

3. A question and answer period has been added. All Questions are due by 2:00 PM AZ time on 26 July 2024.  Responses will be posted via an amendment on 29 July 2024 by 4:00 PM AZ time. 

4. The Provision 52.237-1 Site Visit has been added. Please refer to the attached document title "Amended RFQ W50S6S24Q0032 - Wastewater Recycler" for more information.  Previous RFQ attachment has been superseded.
