Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst in support of the Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO) is seeking sources that can provide RDR-1700B Maritime Surveillance Radar system and associated subsystems in support of the Royal Thai Navy (RTN) Dornier DO-228 Maritime Patrol Aircraft (MPA) program.

Potential sources shall be required to provide two RDR-1700B radar systems and associated sub-systems required for two Thailand Dornier DO-228 aircraft.  The Naval Air Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO), Non-Program of Record team is managing the complete overhaul, avionics modernization and maritime security installation on board seven RTN owned Dornier-228 aircraft.  Specific equipment and configuration requirements are listed below:

a. Receiver Transmitter, P/N: 359-2000-001

b. Interface Unit, P/N: 359-1000-001

c. Antenna Array, P/N: 359-3050-001

d. Antenna Pedestal, P/N: 396-3090-001

e. Receiver Transmitter Mounting Tray, P/N: 359-2016-001

f. Interface Unit Mounting Tray, P/N: 359-2015-001

g. Inertial Navigation System, P/N: LN-251 311898-11-0800-428-1-00XCA

h. Star Fabric Cards, P/N: T5998-0043-001.

Responses to this RFI shall be sent by email to Lauren Clemmens at lauren.a.clemmens.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 11:00 A.M. EDT, 11 May 2022.
