Notice of Intent to Sole Source
Rented Excavator Repair: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming State Office intends to award on a sole source basis with Wyoming Machinery Company located in Casper, WY. The contractor will be providing major repair services to the large excavator and hammer attachment that was damaged by the BLM. Per the rental agreement, all major mechanical repairs must be performed by the Wyoming Machinery Company or an authorized representative. No solicitation package will be available. No telephone or fax requests will be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Detailed capabilities must be submitted no later than January 3, 2022. The North American Industry Classification for this procurement is 811310 with a size standard of $8.00MM.
