Louisiana National Guard Asset Manager

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation W912NR-22-R-0018 is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP).  This synopsis/solicitation is issued for commercial service in accordance to with FAR Part 12-Acquistion of Commercial Items.  The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04 effective 30 January 2022. This acquisition is a total Small Business (SB) set aside under the 8(a) Program using NAICS 561210 small business size standard is $41,500,000.00. The is an all or none requirement and will be awarded using the best value trade off method where technical is the factor. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award management (SAM) to be considered for award.  There is no site visit and all questions must be submitted in writing in accordance to the below criteria.

The Government shall make an award for the base year using annually cost provided using the start date of 1 May 2022-30 April 2023. The option year shall be awarded using the annually cost provided for 1 May 2023-30 April 2024.

PROPOSAL GUIDANCE:  All proposals shall be emailed to lavon.d.wilson.mil@army.mil and crystal.l.stiles2.mil@army.mil NLT 14 April 2022 AT 2:00PM (CST).  The initial question period will end 8 April at 2:00PM (CST).
