Description
The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to issue a sole source, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Viasat, Inc. of Carlsbad, CA for cryptographic equipment. The contract has a total estimated value of $40,000. This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1).
