I.  PURPOSE/BACKGROUND:

AFRL/RWK, Eglin AFB is conducting a sources sought/market survey.  This market survey is conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements, translate basic research solutions to broadly defined needs, design and develop state of the art solutions, and evaluate potential for new operational capabilities by submitting white papers against the Air Dominance Effects BAA R&D requirements in 13 munitions related research areas of interest. 

Contractors/Institutions responding to this market research are placed on notice that participation in this survey will not ensure participation in contract awards as this survey is for planning purposes and will not result in a contract.  The Government will not reimburse participants for any expenses associated with their participation in this survey.
