Description:  The contractor shall be responsible for all levels of, developing, administering, delivering, analyzing, and publishing of the NABS, including the questions, delivery, analysis support, publishing, and necessary assessments or evaluations. The program will be customized based on FBI input from the FBINA and FBI Human Performance and Resilience Program (HPRP) teams. This procurement shall be priced based on the number of hours of worked. The price shall also include any Material and Travel cost associated with this requirement There shall be four surveys conducted. The average number of possible survey participants is 250 per cohort. The contractor shall prepare the survey in advance of each cohort and collect and analyze the survey results. Following the first two cohorts, the vendor shall prepare a mid-point report for delivery to FBI leaders to identify trends and inform discussions about future study. At the conclusion of the study, the vendor shall prepare a final report for FBI leadership of the entire results of the study NLT 12 months following initiation and/or beginning of the study. The contract shall prepare a minimum of two publications (including at least one peer-reviewed academic article) at the conclusion of the research, ensuring pre-publication review is completed by the FBI.
