AMENDMENT 0002 - 

The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to incorporate a link to access CADD files and to incorporate the list of attachments. Please review solicitation amendment for link and full list of attachments.

AMENDMENT 0001 - 

The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the Pre-Proposal Inquiry (PPI)/Request for Information (RFI) due date FROM: Friday, April 29, 2022 - 12:00pm CDT TO: Tuesday, May 3, 2022 - 4:00pm CDT. And to extend the proposal due date FROM: Monday, May 16, 2022 - 4:00pm CDT TO: Monday, May 23, 2022 - 4:00pm CDT.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Construction & Facilities Management, anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Priced contract in support of the Ft. Logan National Cemetery Phase 1 Expansion (Construction), Project No. 888-043, located at 4400 W. Kenyon Ave, Denver, CO 80236, as described herein.

This project will develop approximately 20 acres of land for the Phase 1 gravesite expansion at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, providing approximately 38,546 gravesites, including both casketed and cremation sites. The project will include constructing burial sections, access roads and other paving, grading, landscaping, construction of buildings and other improvements to the cemetery.                         

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System NAICS CODE: 237990 (size standard $39.5M).

The magnitude of construction cost for this project is between $20,000,000 and $50,000,000.
