Description
NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD ON A SOLE-SOURCE BASIS The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Columbia Fisheries Resource Office in Columbia, Missouri (Service) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed price contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Other than Full and Open Competition procedures and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition procedures to Echoview Software PTY LTD. (Echoview) located in Australia. The requirement is for Echoview Maintenance and Technical Support.
The North American Classification System (NAICS) Code for this action is 511210 ¿ Software Publishers, and the size standard is $41.5M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency by 08/31/2022 to Melissa Marchand at melissa_marchand@fws.gov. This notice is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
