Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for businesses capable of providing an in-depth review of Coleman National Fish Hatchery infrastructure proposed alternatives within the Coleman National Fish Hatchery Infrastructure Review and Alternatives Analysis and Coleman National Fish Hatchery Value Planning Study. A higher level of detail is needed to support the formulation and evaluation of a range of alternative plans to meet established planning objectives and lead to the selection of a recommended plan or a recommendation to take no action. Develop a detailed report of a recommended viable alternative for improving/modernizing the hatchery’s systems and increasing the hatchery's aquaculture production potential, resiliency, and efficiency, considering a changing climate and alterations in watershed water management, and minimizing the impact on listed salmonid populations within the Battle Creek watershed. The report should include the overall alternative concept with preliminary designs, a Construction Cost Estimate, and a proposed detailed project implementation schedule. This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ). Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to the Sources Sought Notice. Information received from this Sources Sought Notice may be utilized in preparing potential solicitation documentation. It is the contractor’s responsibility to identify proprietary information in response to this notice.
The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of potentially qualified Native American Businesses that capable of fulfilling this requirement.
