I. NOTE THE AFFIRMATIVE ACTION REQUIREMENT OF THE EQUAL OPPORTUNITY CLAUSE
WHICH MAY APPLY TO THE CONTRACT RESULTING FROM THIS SOLICITATION.
II. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE REPRESENTATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
PORTION OF SECTION 00 45 00 OF THIS SOLICITATION AND SUBMIT THIS WITH THEIR
BID.
III. ALL QUESTIONS PERTAINING TO THIS PROCUREMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER
THAN 19 JUL 2024. RESPONSES MAY NOT BE PROVIDED TO REQUEST FOR INFORMATION
(RFI'S) RECEIVED AFTER THIS CUTOFF DATE.
IV. THERE WILL NOT BE A GOVERNMENT CONDUCTED SITE VISIT FOR THIS PROJECT.
THE PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO VISIT THE SITE OF THE WORK AT THEIR
CONVENIENCE IN ORDER TO ACQUAINT THEMSELVES WITH THE SITE CONDITIONS AND ANY
PROBLEMS INCIDENT TO THE PROSECUTION OF THE WORK.
