Amendment 0002 is issued on February 17, 2022 to (1) make revisions to the description in CLIN 0001, (2) provide a  revision to Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement (PWS); and (3) add Amendment 0001 (posted February 16, 2022) as Attachment 6 and Amendment 0002 (as posted February 17, 2022) as Attachment 7.

(1)  CLIN 0001 has been revised to include language to clarify the monthly, quarterly and annual inspections to reflect the revision to the PWS. CLIN 0001 is shown below with the added language. (The change is shown below in bold and underlined)

IAW PWS 5.2.1.1 thru 5.2.1.6 Inspections: Monthly, Quarterly, and Annua1 Inspections. The contractor shall perform monthly inspections on all of the overhead cranes and hoist on the list in Technical Exhibit A. Quarterly and Annual inspections shall also be performed on the overhead cranes and hoists that are listed on Technical Exhibit A.

Quarterly and Monthly inspections shall also be performed on the Mission Critical overhead cranes and hoists as listed on Technical Exhibit A as listed in the "Inspection" column marked "AQM".

Annual inspections will be the same procedures as that of the Monthly Inspections and the Quarterly inspections and will coincide with the monthly and quarterly inspections.

A separate Task Order (TO) shall be issued based on the following period of performance schedule:

Year One: Inspections 29 March 2022 – 28 March 2023                         $_______________

(2) The updated attachments have been changed as follows:

Attachment 1 PWS: changes have been made to paragraphs 5.2.1.1 and 5.2.1.2.  The additional language added to these paragraphs will clarify the cranes that will have monthly inspections and which cranes will have quarterly inspections. (These revisions have been highlighted in yellow on Attachment 1.)
