Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking sources that are interested and capable of performing the annual preventive maintenance service on one (1) RD&D Shaft Lathe and controller interface. The Contractor shall perform on-site, preventive maintenance, repair, calibration, and remedial services (repairs required outside scope of annual preventive maintenance), to include an inspection report of all work accomplished including inspection of two (2) each carriage gearboxes. The Contractor shall ensure that all work performed is done by a Herkules USA/RD&D factory trained and authorized service technician.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 811310; the size standard for this NAICS is $8.0 million. Product Service Code is J049 – Maintenance/Repair/Rebuild of Equipment-Maintenance and Repair Shop Equipment.
This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

To be evaluated for technical merit and capability, statements must be received by the stated deadline. In determining whether or not to compete this requirement, the Government has sole discretion.
