Description

General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

State:  California

City:  Stockton, Tracy, Manteca

Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  4,201

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):  5,000

Space Type:  Office, Warehouse, Flex

Full Term:  15 Years

Firm Term:  10 Years

Additional Requirements:

  • Offered space can be on the top floor if there is no rooftop access.
  • The building shall be more than 1,000 feet from residential areas, places of worship, schools, hospitals, prisons, abortion clinics, mental health clinics and/or day care facilities.
  • 24-hour access to the building and secured parking is required.

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.  A fully serviced lease is required.  Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
