The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to provide a new Electrochemical Machine (ECM) for Rifling to be delivered to Watervliet Arsenal. This is an industrial machine to bore, hone or rifle 155mm tubular sections at 20-40 ft in length. Draft Scope of Work is provided.
