DRAFT PRE-SOLICITATION CONFERENCE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR

AVIATION TRAINING ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION PRODUCTS N6134023R0065

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to host a Pre-Solicitation Conference for the Aviation Training Analysis and Evaluation Products (ATAEP). The scope of work entails conducting a myriad of training analyses and training system evaluations and delivering associated products for different type/model/series aviation platforms in support of the United States Navy (USN) and United States Marine Corps (USMC). Sample products associated with this anticipated requirement includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Training Situation Document
• Instructional Performance Requirements Document
• Instructional Media Requirements Document
• Military Characteristics Document
• Training Device Fidelity Reports
• Cost Benefit Reports
• Training Effectiveness Evaluation Reports

All interested parties must notify NAWCTSD of their intent to participate by submitting a completed Attachment 1, Conference Attendance Sheet. Additionally, if a breakout session is requested please indicate that request in Attachment 1; and provide to the Sr. Contract Specialist Evan Denove, and Marcus Ravaglia via the emails listed below no later than 1300 EST, on 13 April 2023.

Pre-Solicitation Conference:

The Pre-Solicitation Conference will be conducted for the purposes of providing a technical exchange with all interested potential Offerors. Therefore all Offerors are encouraged to attend. In no event will failure to attend the conference constitute grounds for a claim after award of the contract. The Government is not responsible for, nor will the Government pay, any portion of the costs associated with conference attendance.
