Description
Employee Return to Office Assessment- The resulting assessment aims to gather qualitative and limited quantitative data on employee sentiments, identify gaps between current and ideal organizational cultures. Actionable insights are to be reported to optimize engagement and performance. Feedback will need to be collected from DLA employees through structured listening sessions both in-person and virtual. A review of EEO data and Reasonable Accommodation data and processes will be required to be included within action plan. See attached PWS for more information .
