FCC Oakdale- Roof Replacement & Mold Remediation

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation 15BFA023B00000017 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Roof Replacement and Mold Remediation at the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Oakdale, located in Oakdale, LA.

Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Oakdale is a federal owned facility located at 1507 East Whatley Road, Oakdale, LA 71463.  The project consists of the following: 

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Roof Replacement and Mold Remediation at FCC Oakdale.  The project includes removal and replacement of the deteriorated roof systems and remediation of mold in the identified Inmate Housing Units.

Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project is more than $10,000,000. (NOTE: This range is one of 8 available ranges from FAR 36.204 and is not meant to imply that the project has necessarily been estimated/budgeted to the maximum of the selected range.  It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). 

The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 236220 with a corresponding small business size standard of $45 Million. The solicitation is set aside exclusively for small business contractors.
