Description
BACKGROUND
NIST requires Wincal software, six (6) on-wafer probes, two (2) dc probes, one (1) capacitor sensor, one (1) autoprober, one (1) autoprober, one (1) autoprober install, one (1) autoprober training, and one (1) autoprober maintenance agreement. The autoprober must include a 3-year extender warranty with maintenance. The autoprober will be used for on-wafer probing of integrated circuits. The objective of the requirement is to enable fully autonomous wafer-level probing. This requirement supports the NIST CHIPS program to develop and disseminate NIST best practices and algorithms for on-wafer measurement.
The goal of this requirement is to supply a fully autonomous wafer probing up to 110 GHz measurement for the microwave materials lab. The contractor shall deliver Wincal software, six (6) on-wafer probes, two (2) dc probes, one (1) capacitor sensor, one (1) autoprober, one (1) autoprober, one (1) autoprober install, one (1) autoprober training, and one (1) autoprober maintenance agreement. Delivery will be to NIST Boulder. Installation and training required. Each item must include a 3-year extender warranty.
