  • Is there a total value of the contract number and/or are you able to share the budget? GOVERNMENT RESPONSE - The Government is unable to disclose the value/magnitude of this project.
  • What specific challenges has your agency encounter with the prior incumbent if applicable, and what improvements or solutions are you seeking? GOVERMENT RESPONSE - The incumbent completed the contracts; all requirements are stated in 12FPC424Q0085, and offers/quotes will be evaluated on technical acceptability and price quoted.

The U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center, Acquisition Division (AD) on behalf of the Natural Resource Conservation Service is seeking a contractor to
perform services for the state of Kentucky. The service includes providing an initial Areawide Market Analysis (AWMA) and Annual Recertifications for the
Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP) in Kentucky This work will include examining both the land uses in each market area requiring opinion of typical fair market value and request the contractor's report on
any NRCS conservation easement encumbered property sales in a separate section.
