Description

The Government requests a full service lease for 1,900 to 2,200 usable sqaure feet of Office Space located within a 10-mile radius of the Tuscaloosa National Airport more specifically bounded as follows:

NORTH:  Route 98

SOUTH:  I-59 at Black Warror River

EAST:  Crescent Ridge Road NE

WEST:  Hwy 82 crossing Westwood School Rd.

Buildings that have frontage onf the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.  The Government requires 10 reserved and exclusive parking spaces - the cost of the parking must be included as part of the rental consideration.
