NORTHEAST FISHERIES SCIENCE CENTER (NEFSC) COOPERATIVE GULF OF MAINE LONGLINE SURVEY

The US Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Tenacious Marine, using the procedures in FAR Part 13, to provide longline charter services to conduct the Cooperative Gulf of Maine Bottom Longline Survey. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is FAR 13.501(a). 

The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541715, with a business size standard of 1,000 employees.

This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. No award will be made on the basis of quotations or offers received in response to this notice.

Interested parties may submit their interest and capabilities no later than August 3, 2022 at 2:30 pm Pacific Time. The government contemplates a firm-fixed priced commercial item contract for services.
